What is your goal?

While my Mission Statement is awesome, the ultimate goal of Pro Equine Grooms is to create a group and provide health insurance options.  (YES, HEALTH INSURANCE.)

I'm going to need your help to make that happen.  

How does Pro Equine Grooms work?

In a nutshell:

You ask the questions.

An expert answers them (either me or someone else that I track down and armtwist into helping.)

I write nifty articles and post them here on the website.  

Everyone can then weigh in - each article and blog has a comment section. 

You can ask Grooming questions on Facebook, on Twitter, or by email liv@proequinegrooms.com.  

Sometimes when I have no good ideas for articles I write really lame things and post them.  (So keep the ideas and questions coming)

Why do you want us to post our ideas and comments on the website?  It's easier on Facebook sometimes.  

When I post a LINK to a WEBSITE article, you have the option of adding your insights and brains to the website article.

By doing so:

-our collective knowledge is stored in ONE place for all of eternity.

-our smarty answers become SEARCHABLE on the website. (I have a search feature!!)

-we work together to create the largest and most amazing source of searchable grooming data.

How do I win the great give-aways you have going on from all those awesome companies?

You can win great prizes by entering your ideas, smarts, knowledge, and experiences on the WEBSITE. When you go to www.proequinegrooms.com, you can search for an article, or you can pick from any of the articles in the TIPS or BLOG sections. There are over 100 of them. Every week, our contest sponsors pick some winners from the website tips and mail out their goodies.

I'm not a Groom.  Does that matter?

No. While I cater to Grooms, everyone else in the horse world can also lend their support and input and ideas and knowledge. The "non-grooms" out there can also learn from everyone else, and even learn what it's like to be a Groom. This all helps Grooms get their place in the spotlight!!

How many people work at Pro Equine Grooms?

ONE and my name is Liv Gude. I work a lot. I do the writing, the product reviews, the website administration ( I even built it myself ) and all of the press and PR. I manage all the social media, and I answer all of the emails myself. My record for emails is something like 47 before 7 am one day. I about fainted. I also try and have a life - I love my ponies, my yoga, and my hubby. I also have a CEO working with me, his name is Melvin, he's the Cat Executive Officer and he gets in my way a lot. 

What can I do to help?

You can do a lot of things. You can tell you friends, your trainer, your vet, your farrier. You can visit the website long and often. (This is great - because then I can attract a bunch of sponsors to help me fund this project. AND - more traffic is more visibility for Grooms and then we can really have some pull in the horse world.) You can visit our friends, supporters, and media partners that you run across on the website and tell them I sent you. You can add you genius insights to the articles in the TIPS and BLOG sections!! You can purchase Pro Equine Grooms logo items from my upcoming online shop!! Proceeds help fund the quest for affordable insurance. You can tell more and more of your friends, and of course you can always ask me any grooming question you may have.
