Yoga for Grooms and Equestrians!

SO......I also happen to be a yoga teacher and super fan of hiking.  I'm managed to combine both loves by teaching in a studio, and also hosting yoga hikes on the weekends at a nearby National Forest.  But what I know for sure is that riding horses requires us to be centered, balanced, and symmetrical in the saddle.  I also know that working around horses makes us unbalanced and asymmetrical - we do our barn chores favoring one side of our body.

Never fear!  Yoga to the rescue.  Or exercise.  Or stretching.  Or magic.  Whatever you want to call it.  I'm working on putting together a video series for you!  Stay tuned for core work (YEAH!!), a foot and ankle relief flow, upper body strenght, and even how to get ready for a show and getting rid of show ring jitters.
